What youll be doing
- Working with project and service managers as well as field crews to coordinate and schedule aspects of each job
- Assist accounting teams with budgeting processing invoices and monitoring accounts receivable and payable
- Serve as the first line of contact for customers as well as developing relationships with suppliers subcontractors and service providers
- Office management duties; maintain equipment supplies manage closing procedures security safety and compliance
What youll need
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Commercial Roofing or Construction industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office most importantly Excel
