Understands automobiles by studying characteristics capabilities and features.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
- In-depth knowledge of the dealerships vehicles finance options and sales process
- Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers
- Active listening to best determine a customers wants and needs
