Responsibilities
QinetiQ Inc. is seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator with Agile expertise and a CSM certification to support the TSAs ICAM (Identity Credential and Access Management) initiatives. This critical role provides Agile-driven PMO oversight and coordination for the HSPD-12 program enabling iterative progress clear communication and efficient delivery. The PMO Coordinator will deliver essential Agile management support to both the Federal HSPD-12 Program Manager and the Avantus Program Manager ensuring alignment with TSAs ICAM goals continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across all program activities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required.
- Agile Experience
- CSM Certification
- PMO Experience
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Experience in strategic planning risk management and/or change management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing directly related project management work
- Proficiency in project management software tools competencies Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain DHS suitability assessment required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent Relevant Regulations governing the companys business areas.
- Active Federal Agency Public Trust preferred.
- 4 years of experience in performing directly related project management work
- Experience with TSA and ICAM
