Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Executive who has a proven track record in EdTech or SaaS sales preferably in expanding to new/underserved markets across India. This role demands strategic thinking high energy and strong relationship-building abilities.
Youll be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value institutional clients showcasing the platforms potential and contributing directly to the companys revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business development and B2B sales of our EdTech SaaS platform across India.
Identify and engage with schools coaching centres corporates and training institutes through strategic outreach.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; meet aggressive institutional sales targets.
Conduct personalized product demos and presentations highlighting the technical and operational advantages of TuteVirtual.
Map client needs and proposes customized training solutions ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Maintain excellent market intelligence track competitor activities and provide strategic inputs to the management.
Foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the education and corporate training sectors.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve platform offerings and outreach.
Who You Are
5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in EdTech SaaS or tech-based services.
Strong network of connections within coaching institutions K-12 schools corporates or skilling/training organizations.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets in new/lagging markets.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS platforms and virtual training technology.
Gritty self-motivated result-oriented and capable of working independently in a dynamic startup environment.
Willing to travel as needed (Pan-India exposure preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Marketing IT or Engineering.
Experience using CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator email marketing and data-driven outreach strategies.
Prior exposure to institutional/corporate sales in the education technology space.
