Your Impact
- Answer/monitor/manage incoming calls and dealer emails to enable daily resolution of customer service questions (response time/quality).
- Collaborate with internal functions to resolve issues impacting dealer after-sales performance and respond to questions raised.
- Follow up on customer backorders in accordance with order category resolution objectives. - Prioritize logistics-related actions in order to improve delivery promises and inform dealers accordingly.
- Proactively use and monitor the urgent backorder escalation process for idle machines by creating requests.
- Proactively communicate with resellers to resolve issues submitted.
Your Experince and Qualification- Good knowledge of the English language
- both oral and written and
- Possibly a second foreign :
- Bachelors Degree
