Job Description
Girton Grammar School are seeking casual Exam Supervisors for the upcoming General Achievement Test (GAT) at Girton Grammar School.
The GAT this year will be held on Tuesday 17 June at Girton Grammar School between the hours of 9:00am -11:15am (Part A) and 1:15pm-3:00pm (Part B).
Please note pay rates are as set by VCAA.
Assistant Supervisors cannot be:
- Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at your school.
- Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024.
- Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at your school.
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials at your school.
- Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or a member of the administration staff.
Key Selection Criteria
- Administrative experience (preferably in a school environment) including attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
