Community Christian School (CCS) is seeking to hire a qualified individual to serve as the Assistant Head of School (CCS-AH). This individual will assist in the hiring supervision evaluation of faculty and staff members in the Lower School. They will also foster professionalism collegiality and ethical conduct in the faculty while also planning and working to implement professional development for the faculty. This individual will daily seek to stimulate and participate in conversations about teaching and learning at Community Christian individuals will be responsible for operations and procedures associated with the practices of Grades K4 5th. The CCS-AH will focus on tasks that are conducive to the success and health of the school and work environment for all stakeholders. Eligible candidates should have pertinent experiences in education and/or educational leadership along with a proven track record of success with program implementation policy practices and staff supervision. Besides the daily operations of the Lower School the CCS-AH will be responsible for operation and practices associated with the student information system (SIS) FACTS. The CCS-AH should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Individuals are expected to meet and uphold the personal qualifications (see below) associated with a dynamic Christ-centered environment while sustaining and expanding upon the vision of Community Christian School.
