About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands solving problems and keeping things running smoothly Were looking for a Maintenance Technician to help us maintain a clean comfortable and safe environment for our guests and team members. From guest rooms to public spaces and grounds your work will make a real impact every day.
What Youll Do:
As a valued part of our operations team youll take on a variety of tasks including:
Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (like room care tasks).
Responding to and completing work orders from guests and staff.
Assisting with repairs to electrical systems A/C units lighting TVs and more.
Handling routine fixes on appliances HVAC systems plumbing laundry machines and kitchen equipment.
Maintaining the pool from adjusting chemicals to cleaning filters.
Refurbishing furniture fixtures and performing touch-up painting as needed.
Operating power tools and equipment for landscaping and seasonal ground care.
Keeping all grounds and outdoor spaces neat and trash-free.
Delivering friendly helpful service in line with our Core Values.
Following safety protocols and reporting issues to management.
What Were Looking For:
At least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel experience a plus!)
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus points if you have certifications in HVAC Electrical or Plumbing
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly
Comfortable walking bending and standing throughout your shift
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
