Job Title: National Account Executive

Description:


We are hiring for our client a leading FMCG business with a strong presence across the Irish grocery retail sector. This National Account Executive role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute customer-facing individual to grow their career within a well-established and progressive commercial team.

Reporting to the National Account Controller this role will provide critical sales and support across major retail accounts including Tesco Musgrave and BWG. Its ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic cross-functional environment and has a flair for customer service commercial analysis and internal stakeholder management.

The Role:

Support the day-to-day management of key retail accounts
Manage back-of-house activities such as promotional nominations price file management NLF completion and performance tracking
Assist in customer-facing meetings and support range reviews
Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain strong external relationships
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Finance Operations Supply Chain Marketing and Customer Support
Ensure accurate execution of internal processes related to pricing promotions and accruals
Take ownership of internal communications related to account performance
Actively contribute to commercial team meetings and project-based work

The Person:

12 years experience in a commercial support sales coordination or FMCG customer service role
Detail-oriented highly organised and proactive in managing multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external relationships
Comfortable analysing commercial data and reporting on trends
Ambitious team-oriented and keen to progress within a commercial function
