We are looking for a dedicated Revenue Officer to join our NSW finance team located in Lane Cove on a full-time basis. Reporting to our NSW Financial Controller you will be stepping into a supportive and high-performing team making a real difference in the aged care sector.
About the role
The core function of this position is to support revenue management and the collection of resident accounts. This includes liaising with stakeholders with financial responsibly as well as relatives and trustees. Your responsibilities will also include:
Supporting resident billing and ensuring revenue completeness
Monitoring and assisting with collection of resident accounts
Liaising with client families regarding billing and payments
Processing and reconciling resident charges
Assist in preparing resident statements
Helping reconcile Commonwealth revenue
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files
Build and maintain relationships with internal staff clients and external stakeholders
