GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund Soaring Observing and Achieving Results (SOAR) HBCU Scholars Program Lead plays a critical role in ensuring a successful and impactful experience for all participants. This position is responsible for overseeing daytime operations managing camp staff and supporting the overall camp environment. The Lead will work closely with mentors presenters and campus staff to coordinate daily activities maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure the safety and engagement of all campers.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in general studies or a related field or completion of at least 30 hours of college coursework.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
