Our growing merchandising service company is looking for a highly organized multitasker to manage remote hourly field staff. If youre skilled at scheduling routing resolving issues and communicating clearly-you could be a perfect fit.
Recruiting will make up approximately 50% of this role-candidates must be results-driven and focused on delivering strong hiring outcomes.
Manage day-to-day operations for a team of hourly merchandisers across multiple time zones
Create and adjust schedules and routing to ensure timely project execution
Communicate with team members via phone text and email to provide direction and resolve issues
Track time attendance and performance to support compliance and accountability
Handle basic HR-related responsibilities such as onboarding assistance incident reporting and policy communication
Maintain organized records and project status using digital tools and trackers
Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth coordination between clients and field staff
Lead ongoing recruiting efforts (approximately 50% of the role) and deliver measurable hiring results for hourly field positions

Ability to have a home office and work varied hours (we support employees in multiple time zones)
Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office ( Outlook Teams and experience with an ATS system)
2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role in retail merchandising
Must be a quick learner and comfortable with on-the-job training
