Job Description
- Conduct skilled OT evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients independence and functional performance
- Document progress in compliance with facility and payer requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams families and caregivers to support patient goals
- Adapt treatment based on patient response and clinical judgment
- Travel to client sites within assigned territory
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply with strong references)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for travel within West Houston Sugar Land and Katy
