Job Summary
Are you a dynamic results-driven leader with a passion for industrial sales We are looking for a Country Sales Leader to spearhead our sales and strategic growth in Germany and Switzerland. You will oversee our industrial equipment business (Low Pressure Equipment Blowers for our specialized brand Robuschi among others) driving profitable growth and expanding our market presence. This role involves leading a team of sales engineers across the region. If you have a strong background in industrial sales proven leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share in Germany and Switzerland.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales engineers ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders enhancing our market presence.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends opportunities and challenges and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards governing business operations and product offerings.
- Talent Development: Recruit train and mentor a high-performing team.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics and financial indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales preferably in the low-pressure equipment or blowers sector in the Waste Water Treatment and Industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of the German and Swiss market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Based in Germany with frequent travel across Germany and Switzerland.
