About this Program

In partnership with Monash Health Wellways has expanded ourPrevention and Recovery Care (PARC)services into South East Melbourne. Our multidisciplinary recovery teams are creative motivated and focused on ensuring positive experiences for participants and their loved ones.

Ourrecoveryservices value cultural diversity support and create opportunities for recovery value peer participation and leadership and are underpinned by evidence-based best practice.

About the Opportunity

As a Wellbeing worker you are integral to the team as you will work closely with participants in their recovery journey during sleepover and afternoon shifts. You will work with participants individually and with their clinical care teams and in leading a range of groups and activities onsite. Our Wellbeing Workers also provide key operational support and help create new innovations and improvements for the ongoing quality of the program.

  • Minimum certificate IV (or above) in Mental Health Community Services or Social science (Psychology Social Work OT or at least 2 years experience in a lived experience role)
  • Current valid Drivers License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
