About the Role:

Were seeking a proactive and analytical Regional Demand Planner to join our expanding team. Based in Para Hills West Adelaide you will be supporting operations across Queensland. In this customer- facing role youll lead demand planning efforts to ensure parts availability drive inventory accuracy and provide strategic insights that elevate the performance of our supply chain.

Youll work cross-functionally with Inventory Planning Customer Support Logistics and Warehouse teams while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure our forecasting and supply capabilities meet current and future needs.

Skills and Duties:

With an immediate start you will be required to:

Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to validate inventory forecasts and align expectations for stock levels and service deliver for Queensland

Provide timely short- and long-term demand forecasts to the centralised planning team and drive stock turn improvements to maintain stock accuracy

Analyse trends identify gaps and advise senior stakeholders on supply priorities

Champion continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on quality assurance safety and operational efficiency

Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support collaborative planning ensure alignment and drive solutions that benefit the end customer

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will have:

A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience in the manufacturing mining heavy equipment or industrial spare parts sectors and preferably have experience in demand planning or forecasting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders

Expertise in inventory management principles and ERP systems

Strong analytical skills advanced Excel user and good with MS Office

A proactive detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
