We are looking for a Sourcing Manager - CAPEX to join our Pozna office.

What will you be doing:

You will be part of the Capex Procurement team and have the following responsibilities:

  • End to end commercial management from project approval over tender material development through contract management and follow-up
  • Lead supplier negotiations

Given the international role you should expect 30-40 days of business travel per year primarily within Europe.

What you bring:

We expect that you have the following experiences and skills:

  • Minimum two years of contracting experience from a technical environment
  • Proven experience in creating negotiating and executing complex contracts
  • Stakeholder management skills from a reputable global organisation
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • A commercial or technical degree

As a person you are pro-active extrovert and mature in building up and maintaining internal and external business relationships. You have a global mindset and the ambition to work beyond - and across borders and you can participate in multidiscipline and multinational project teams. At the same time the role requires someone who enjoys and is skilled at working independently.
