The unique role of Sports and Enrichment Leader has now arisen to further enhance our curriculum offer. This post will include delivering high-quality sports provision across the school as well as managing wider opportunities and developing new approaches to raise the profile of sports wellbeing and healthy lifestyles at Carlton Colville. We are lucky to have some exceptional resources to allow this to happen and a team who are committed to providing the very best. You will need to have the skills to help the children they work with to thrive and the opportunity to be part of a genuinely inclusive progressive school community.
You will need to:
- hold relevant qualifications which demonstrate a commitment to the role and your own professional development
- have strong communication skills
- have had experience of working in an educational setting
- take responsibility for managing events and building networks at a local and regional level
- take the initiative on developing new opportunities
- be flexible and happy to work as part of a team
- be dedicated to helping all children to thrive
- involve yourself in the life of the school beyond the classroom.
