Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Publisher Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between the network and our Publishers. They will look for opportunities with both new and existing partners through outreach work and analysis and feedback those opportunities to the Account Management team.

They play a pivotal role in seeking out and recruiting potential new partnerships and looking for innovative solutions to client problems. Problem solving is a large element of what the Publisher Team at Webgains does and we work with every department within the company on a variety of different projects that helps to keep the network running smoothly.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver ongoing publisher projects including off platform recruitment publisher activation and on boarding.
  • Manage and grow portfolio of publishers in France with set targets provide reporting on quarterly/monthly basis.
  • Proactively share new publisher opportunities working closely with the Client Services team to increase publisher advertiser activations.
  • Organise and deliver publisher quarterly business reviews.
  • Ownership and delivery of publisher event such as speed networking events
  • Support and resolve publisher related queries delivering high customer satisfaction across common topics such as publisher payment and technical integration.
  • Support Publisher Team with any adhoc task required such as marketing calendars events road map.
  • Grow personal profile within the industry acting as a Webgains ambassador at industry events.
  • Attend client meetings sales pitches and prepare publisher presentations with supported data such as forecasts and ROI.
  • Support and assist with the management of International publisher opportunities or requests.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in French possibly mother tongue
  • Fluent in English
  • Meetings deadlines and providing visibility of completed tasks
  • Process driven organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional manner when dealing with clients/ colleagues to support queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • A team player
  • Forecasting skills and the ability to spot opportunities for program growth and optimisation
  • Strong interest in digital and/or affiliate marketing
  • Clear understanding of who the top publishers are within the uk market
  • Knowledge of various tracking models (cpc cpa cpl cpm)
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft office programs (excel word powerpoint outlook)

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience working in an affiliate network or affiliate marketing/publisher industry
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
