Drive primary & secondary sales across dairy SKUs (Ghee Kulfi etc.)
Appoint/manage distributors ensuring ROI coverage & service levels
Execute beat plans; ensure product availability & visibility at retail outlets
Expand markets by opening new towns routes & counters
Lead and manage (SO TSI Promoters); ensure productivity & discipline
Track market performance through DSRs and field visits
Monitor schemes discounts and distributor claims
Share regular MIS reports with HO/regional teams
Review targets/KPIs and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with supply chain for timely deliveries
Collaborate with marketing finance & trade teams for branding billing and claims
Key Skills :
Strong understanding of FMCG General Trade distribution and dairy product dynamics.
Excellent distributor handling people management and negotiation skills.
Strong data and Excel skills; familiarity with DMS and basic ERP.
Problem-solving attitude with ownership mindset and field orientation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent
48 years of FMCG sales experience preferably in food/dairy
Prior experience in managing GT channel and handling a team is essential
Additional Details :
Working Days : 6 Days a week (Rotational weekoff)
Working Hours : 8.5 hours
Travel Requirement: High 70% of time in the field (Should be flexible to travel)
Industry : Any (Preferred - Retail Food FMCG)
Contract period auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
