Job Description
Senior .NET Application Architect or Lead Solution Architect (.NET & DB)
Long Term Contract
Need Overall 15Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
- 15 years of Development experience in .NET ( C#.NET ) web forms HTML CSS JavaScript IBM Rational Tool Suite Visual Studio.
- 13 years working with DB2 MS SQL (2008R2) Oracle 11g/12c SSRS and PL/SQL using Toad.
- 13 years in collaborative development teams delivering operational systems.
- 13 years troubleshooting system integrations (gateways proxies databases AD servers).
- 13 years in change management and code promotion using TFS and Visual Studio.
- 13 years applying statutory laws and rules in program codification.
- 13 years of experience with online financial transaction systems.
- 13 years adapting complex interfaces and user specs to application logic.
- 8 years converting Microsoft Access applications to SQL and .NET.
- 6 years developing apps using cellular protocols (SMS MMS GSM ASCII) and APIs.
- 1 year experience with IBM Cloud WatsonX and Watson-based chatbots.
- Full-stack development with emphasis on .NET technologies.
- Database management and development: SQL Server Oracle DB2.
- IBM Cloud & WatsonX.
- Cellular communication standards (SMS/MMS).
- System integration and troubleshooting.
- Government/legislation-based application development.
- Use of Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.
- Change management and documentation.
- Experience with IBM WatsonX.
- Hands-on experience with the FL-WiSE/EBT data system.
- Knowledge of Florida state administrative systems.
