Join Our Team at BMW of Akron!
BMW of Akron is currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our Courtesy Staff. This full-time position offers an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule. We offer competitive health benefits and a positive work environment.

Business Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vehicle flow management as directed by the team leader.
- Drive vehicles to and from the sales and service areas as needed.
- Provide vehicle wash and clean-up services when requested.
- Shuttle vehicles and customers to and from the dealership as required.
- Maintain organization of vehicles on the service and sales lots.
- Perform daily tasks assigned by the manager.
- Ensure all required documentation is in vehicles including window tags manuals and promotional materials.
- Deliver keys and materials to various departments as requested.
- Keep your department area clean and organized.
- Fill vehicles with fuel as needed.
- Be flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends.
- Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
