The Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team and help elevate our online experience. This is a great opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of DTC retail and make a real impact on how we show up online.
Youll be at the heart of our digital storefrontsupporting product launches maintaining high-performing site content and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role youll collaborate closely with marketing and customer experience to bring campaigns to life optimize merchandising and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings including descriptions images pricing and inventory
- Ensure site content is current accurate and aligned with brand standards
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across eCommerce platforms
- Monitor site functionality and coordinate with developers or support teams to resolve issues
- Assist in managing online merchandising cross-selling and product categorization
- Support reporting on site performance metrics customer behaviour and sales trends
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and help identify eCommerce growth opportunities
- Coordinate promotional calendars and product updates across channels
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in eCommerce digital marketing or a related field
- Working knowledge of Shopify Plus familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Shopify reports)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience in consumer goods fashion beauty or retail is a bonus
