Our team plays a crucial role in supporting both domestic and international students ensuring they thrive from the moment they start their studies until graduation. We actively contribute to university-wide initiatives aimed at increasing graduation rates for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students whether they are studying onshore in Australia or online. Your New Role!
Our Student Success Advisors are dedicated to supporting current students in their academic journey. In this frontline role you will:
Provide essential information about courses and assist students in navigating university administrative processes.
Guide students on maximising their university experience and connect them with additional support services as needed.
Offer pastoral care to students facing challenges ensuring they receive the help they need.
Conduct outreach activities to both individual students and groups identified as needing extra support helping them achieve academic success.

This Fixed Term (2 Years) Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $87K $94K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
Proven experience in customer service.
Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
