Claims Support Coordinator

  • Full time fixed term role (parental leave replacement) until 12 June 2026.
  • Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
  • Offering a competitive starting base salary of $81658 plus super and benefits

About the role

The Claims Support Coordinator applies specialist knowledge and effort to provide accurate and efficient support and services to our claims teams. This work ensures the delivery of services in a timely manger in adherence with the Service Charter.

Claims Support 3 is a collaborative and close-knit team that values teamwork shared support and collective success. You will report to a Team Manager who takes a hands-on approach to leadership providing clear guidance regular feedback and practical support. They prioritise team connection through consistent meetings training opportunities and an ongoing supportive work environment.

About the Team

This role will join the Claims Support 2 team within the Clients division who all work together to help achieve efficient just and cost-effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured in transport accidents.

Claims Support 2 are a collaborative bunch who value team efforts and shared support. You will report into the Team Manager who provides hands on support and guidance with your work and values the importance of team meetings training and a supportive environment for her employees.

What were looking for

TAC Claims Support Experience

You bring hands-on experience in a claims administration or support role with a strong understanding of TAC processes. You are confident in managing your workload using sound judgment to handle enquiries support complex work and manage escalations proactively and professionally.

Efficient and Admin Savvy

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident working autonomously while meeting deadlines and service expectations. You bring solid administrative skills and intermediate proficiency in IT systems and the Microsoft Office Suite youre able to deliver accurate and timely support.

Client and Stakeholder Focused

You are a team player with a strong commitment to delivering positive client outcomes. You are skilled at building professional relationships and can liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders including medical professionals.
