We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the UiPath Enterprise platform including Automation Cloud (SaaS) or Automation Suite (self hosted) Licensing Security and Governance and e-commerce. As a member of the Product leadership team you will lead the vision strategy and execution to drive adoption of UiPaths Agentic Platform especially among enterprise and government sectors. You will lead and inspire product teams through your industry expertise and thought leadership in paving the path for driving and scaling Agentic Automation though UiPath this role you will provide industry-leading expertise inspiring product teams with a clear forward-thinking vision. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Engineering Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless scalable solutions. Your leadership will directly impact how customers leverage UiPath for scalable secure agentic automation. You have expertise in AI / platform governance frameworks and can lead SteerCo discussions for strategic decision-making and working with product engineering teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for enterprise platform aligning with UiPaths overarching goals and customer needs. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement
Customer-Centric Development: Engage with enterprise and government customers to gather insights and become a trusted partner ensuring our solutions meet stringent compliance and operational requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global Engineering Sales Marketing Legal and GTM teams to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.
Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationfrom the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)with excellent written oral and presentation skills.
Domain Expertise: Industry thought leader with deep domain expertise and a point of view rooted in evidence on the evolving technology and industry solutions landscape.
Team Leadership:Coach ICs and/ or managers on job-specific skills team development and team capability planning. Effectively structures and leads talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
Experience:Minimum of 10 years in product management with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Agentic enterprise platforms.
Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of enterprise and government sector requirements including compliance standards like FedRAMP NIST and GDPR.
Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from conception to launch.
Customer-Centric: Passion for solving customer pain points with a track record of delivering AI platform that are both powerful and easy to use.
Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
