The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist (Level 4) to support the 767/777 Change Managementteam based out of Everett Washington.
This role will act as a Change Board Scheduler.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions
Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.
Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience with baseline management
5 years of experience of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
5 years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools Word Excel PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Communicating collaborating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Working in a high pace dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective
