Job Title: Marketing Director Work for Warriors NC (WFWNC)
Location: Raleigh NC
Reports to: WFWNC Director COR
Position Summary:
The Marketing Director develops and implements marketing strategies to promote WFWNC events initiatives and services. This role requires creativity technical acumen and the ability to analyze marketing performance across digital print and public relations platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or three (3) years of demonstrated experience in Marketing Advertising Communications or Public Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis using official data to guide strategy development.
Design and distribute digital and physical marketing materials (brochures social media content press releases).
Manage all media and social platforms ensuring consistent approved and updated content.
Coordinate marketing efforts with RRB and PAO for hiring events and national campaigns.
Measure and report Return on Investment (ROI) for all campaigns and provide After Action Reviews (AAR).
Maintain and optimize WFWNCs website and social media presence (15 posts per event).
Develop quarterly promotional items build partnerships with media outlets and present analytics reports.
Attend hiring/networking events to build relationships and generate employment opportunities.
