Your Role as a Concierge
As the Concierge you will be the welcoming face of our community ensuring residents and guests receive outstanding service and support. Your role will include:
- Greeting and assisting residents and visitors with a warm friendly demeanor.
- Handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to meet residents needs.
- Accepting and distributing deliveries packages and messages.
- Keeping the lobby and reception area clean organized and inviting.
- Assisting with resident transportation to recreational and social events.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning spills and taking out trash.
- Monitoring stocking and ordering supplies.
- Upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in concierge customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills professional courteous and empathetic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive patient and team-oriented mindset.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
