Job Description
Manage daily production operations of 100K to 125K board feet.
Perform and oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Supervise and lead a production team of approximately 25 employees.
Set & monitor production goals to meet efficiency and quality standards.
Train and support team members in production tasks and safety procedures.
Ensure a consistently safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols.
Maintain and repair hydraulic systems perform millwright duties and handle basic electrical issues.
Previous Management or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in:
-Hydraulics
-Basic electrical systems
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Millwright work (installing maintaining and repairing machinery)
-Proven ability to lead by example with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
