About the Role
This is a key opportunity for a skilled physiotherapist to contribute meaningfully within a high-performance multidisciplinary environment. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer this role is critical in delivering tailored support to our Cross Country and Biathlon athletes ensuring they are physically prepared resilient and supported throughout their Paralympic journey. Its a chance to lead with purpose apply clinical excellence and help shape a culture of athlete wellbeing and peak performance on the world stage.

APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist (essential)
Extensive experience working with Para-sports (highly desirable)
Proven experience travelling and supporting Para-athletes in high-performance settings (highly desirable)
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Time Commitment
The role requires a flexible yet consistent commitment including:
Participation in a domestic training camp to work directly with athletes likely to be selected for the team along with attendance at occasional meetings and contribution to planning activities in the lead-up to the Games
On-the-ground presence at the Milan Cortina Paralympic Winter Games in March 2026
Qualifications
Current and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist.
Current CPR certificate and Working with Children Check.
Fellowship of the Australasian College of Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist (FACSEP).
Have completed the ASADA Level 1 Anti-Doping Level 2 (current year).
Anti-Doping and Medical Practitioner and Athlete Support Personnel courses.
Current Working with Childrens Check and completion of key sport integrity training courses.
