Compensation: Hourly Pay Tipped position; tips are auto-calculated at a specified rate in accordance with
IRS tip reporting standards
Job Summary
Seven Grille is seeking refined and experienced Servers to join our team at Carson Citys newest
upscale dining destination. As a Server at Seven Grille you are not just delivering food you
are crafting an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. With a polished yet welcoming
approach Servers at Seven Grille are responsible for delivering exceptional detail-oriented
service that reflects the elevated atmosphere of the restaurant.
This role includes full-service table management food and beverage service knowledge of wine
and fine dining etiquette and the ability to create warm lasting impressions with every guest
interaction. Servers will also support light front-of-house food preparation including plating
desserts and specialty items while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency across the floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide prompt professional and knowledgeable table service in line with Seven Grilles
luxury standards.
Present menus explain daily specials and describe dishes and ingredients with
sophistication and enthusiasm.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar
staff.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and only to guests who meet age requirements.
Guide guests in wine selection and present/serve wine following proper table-side
etiquette.
Assist with light food preparation and final plating for select front-of-house items
including desserts and cold items.
Clear reset and maintain tables throughout service; buss tables as needed to support
flow.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve any concerns
promptly and graciously.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the full menu including ingredients dietary
accommodations and preparation methods.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless timely service.
Handle payments and maintain accurate checks.
Adhere to all health safety and sanitation standards and uphold the professionalism
and appearance expectations of a luxury establishment.
Perform opening mid-shift and closing duties as assigned.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure business success and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age (due to alcohol service).
Minimum of 23 years of serving experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
required.
Strong wine knowledge and ability to serve and present wine at the table.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive refined service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-expectation environment while maintaining
elegance and poise.
Proficient in point-of-sale systems and handling cash/credit transactions accurately.
Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods lift up to 25 lbs. and move quickly
between tables and service areas.
