Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this part of a physician led 500 provider multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. Anchored with locations in Boise Nampa Caldwell Ontario and Baker City with telemedicine opportunities through the region this full-spectrum practice is QOPI certified and CoC accredited offering rewarding opportunities including over 100 clinical trials. The integrated program also has leading surgical expertise with Idahos only fellowship-trained surgical oncologist along with other highly specialized fellowship-trained physicians to support a growing program. Schedule: 4-day work week M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time includes clinic treatments and rounding as needed. One day a week travel to Baker City for clinic coverage. Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b) RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program & Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship;Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;Obtain Oregon and Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC-Ontario SAMCBaker City and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed;Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and to considering Visa candidates.
