Join our App ART in Warsaw as a SAFe Product Manager for a unique opportunity to apply your leadership product ownership and agile mindset in building cutting-edge digital solutions for hearing instrument users. You will collaborate with highly skilled teams stakeholders across Poland and Denmark and drive strategic delivery within a mature SAFe environment.
About Demant and our Agile setup
Over the past 3 years Demant has successfully implemented SAFe across software solutions device software and hardware. Currently we have launched 10 Agile Release Trains and more will be joining during 2025. We implement SAFe according to the latest Scaled Agile guidance currently SAFe 6.0 and include the Portfolio layer to ensure overall alignment and prioritization across ARTs.
The App ARTs focuses on delivering:
a world-class App for hearing instrument users available for all our major brands on iOS and Android to enable control of their hearing instruments and the overall hearing solution;
an app with high usability and quality;
seamless control of connectivity devices and integrated cloud services developed across other ARTs.
Collaboration across ARTs and integration at the system level is a key focus area for the ART.
The team awaiting you
The App ART currently consists of approximately 5060 members organized into 6 agile teams. All members possess deep knowledge of the business domain and long-term experience in delivering high-quality user-focused products. The position is located in Warsaw Poland where the majority of the App ART members are based.

What tasks are waiting for you
- Understand customer needs by leveraging market research and continuous exploration.
- Ensure product completeness from the defined customer perspective.
- Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap to Agile teams defining key features.
- Present the product vision and feature priorities at PI Planning sessions.
- Be responsible for release planning including feature sets architecture and technical debt.
- Collaborate with System Architect/Engineering to align enablers and business functionality.
- Participate in System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops contributing to performance analysis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across engineering UX business legal and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled in collaboration with legal/compliance teams.
- Lead with ownership guide teams through complex decisions and foster collaboration and accountability.
- Be available for business trips (approximately 10 days per year).
It would be great if you have:
- 35 years of experience in product management within software development;
- a solid agile mindset and experience with SAFe or scaled Scrum environments;
- strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills;
- a SAFe PO/PM or Scrum PO certification;
- excellent English skills verbal and written;
- Polish language proficiency (B2 or above) for internal communication and collaboration.
