Job Description

Event Coordinator & Office Administrator
Part-Time
OPPORTUNITY
For a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team on a 20 hour per week part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting company-wide events managing catering logistics coordinating community service events as needed and handling general office duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive customer-service oriented and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
POSITION
Event Coordination & Office Support
  • Plan organize and execute a variety of company-wide events
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (MS Outlook Calendar required)
  • Coordinate catering for internal and external meetings and events
  • Assist with meeting setup and teardown including arranging furniture and supplies
  • Manage associate event ticket raffles including promotion and distribution
  • Coordinate Community Service internal events and campaigns as needed
General Office Administration
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies coffee and breakroom supplies
  • Prepare and clean up daily soup lunches for associates
  • Provide front desk coverage from 12 Noon 1:00pm including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in event coordination office administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as part of event setup/teardown
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and basic office technology
  • Customer service mindset and a positive attitude

COMPENSATION
