Join Seronda Networks as a Call Center Customer Service Agent!

Location: Saint Louis Missouri (On-site Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41200 - $44780 per year

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the voice of our company providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by actively listening to customer needs and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage.
