Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will receive customer orders reviewing customer order requirements resolving any missing ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders. You will report to the Customer Service Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders reviewing customer order requirements
- Resolve any missing ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements
- Enter orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders
- Be accurate in all phases of order entry debits credits and returns and the approval process according to ISO guidelines.
- Counsel customers on basic information concerning return policies availability packaging price and general information found on product literature.
- Use the CAIR program for resolutions on general Complaints.
Qualifications
- 1 year external working experience in Customer Service related field or college degree.
- Understand all products and be able to assist with all Customer Service telephones regardless of the region or business segment to give full back-up support.
- Have understanding of all PPG policies and special product requirements and follow the ISO guidelines.
