Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President to lead our Insurance IT Product Development team. This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all insurance technology products ensuring alignment with business goals customer needs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in insurance technology agile product development and enterprise-scale delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of insurance IT product developmentfrom strategy and design to delivery and support.
- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders technology leaders and customers.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including product managers engineers QA and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive innovation in product design and architecture leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track product performance delivery velocity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations data privacy and security standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability across the product development organization.
- Manage budgets vendor relationships and resource planning to optimize delivery efficiency.
