About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team to cover shifts for a specific service user based in Peterhead.
The successful Support Workers will support in a range of tasks such as; household tasks and maintenance of tenancy personal care support with medication nutrition and activities. Our service user likes to complete activities such as..
About Them:
Our service user is young male with learning Disabilities he is non-verbal but can use Makaton and iPad for communication.
Can display signs of challenging behaviour so experience with dealing with this would be prefeed but all training will be given. Staff must always follow the behaviour support plan to ensure both staff and service user are safe.
Shift times are variable and sleep cover is a possibility.
For continuity of our service user this is the shift pattern we are offering.
Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals at Mears Supported Living we feel everyone deserves to be treated as such.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
