Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Person in Charge (PIC) for a Nursing Home in Co Kildare Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Manage the services operations and exercise effective leadership.
- Verify adherence to all applicable laws and HIQA regulations.
- Encourage a person-centered approach to service delivery in all its facets.
- Encourage a positive and professional work atmosphere by providing support and mentoring to employees.
- Oversee the processes for quality control risk management and service planning.
- Work together with families medical professionals and outside organizations.
- oversee the wellbeing and protection of service users.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent in disability studies or health/social care.
- Three years or more of experience managing disability services.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the rules governing the disability sector and HIQA requirements.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership abilities.
- The capacity to operate under pressure and find proactive solutions to issues
- Three years of managerial experience in disability services is preferred.
- A Level 8 degree in health and social care management or its equivalent is necessary.
