We are seeking a visionary and analytical International Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in Berlin Germany. In this role you will lead our global marketing initiatives driving growth and brand awareness across international markets.
- Develop and implement innovative international marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing performance budgeting customer acquisition and ROI across global markets
- Collaborate with local and central teams to set priorities and translate insights into actionable plans
- Lead the roll-out of marketing initiatives across multiple countries ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for solving complex business challenges
- Manage cross-functional projects from conception to execution to improve marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with performance marketing CRM brand and analytics teams to identify global opportunities
- Create and present regular reports and business cases to stakeholders demonstrating marketing impact
- Stay abreast of international marketing trends and best practices adapting strategies accordingly
- Organize and participate in international marketing events and initiatives
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a highly analytical marketing role preferably with international exposure
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Economics Mathematics or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful global marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is advantageous
- In-depth understanding of various marketing channels and KPIs including online and offline media
- Experience in marketing performance analysis budgeting customer acquisition and ROI measurement
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging trends in international marketing
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to tailor marketing approaches for diverse global audiences
