Job Description

Were looking for an SMB New Logo Account Executive to join Procores Sales team. In this role youll apply an understanding of Procores products sales methodology processes and prospecting techniques to acquire new  small to mid-sized customers that can benefit from Procores world-class project management tool for the construction industry. This positions primary function is new logo acquisition where youll grow revenue with new  solution sales to our prospective leads. This includes following up on inbound leads self prospecting qualifying solution selling negotiation and closing.

This position will be based in our Dublin office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Qualification and timely follow up with new prospects from either inbound leads generated by marketing or identified via outbound cold calling
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads opportunities and account information within
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport build relationships and create opportunities
  • Network and research accounts identify key players generate interest and execute discovery calls to identify business outcomes and alignment with Procore benefits
  • Work cross functionally with Solutions Engineers (SEs) to show Procores position as the leading construction software solution to prospects
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers to communicate customer goals pain points and all relevant customer information to ensure a smooth hand-off to post enrollment activities (product adoption cross-selling)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Obtain repeat business referrals and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your prospects

What were looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in software sales within the SMB market ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using a consultative solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email and present professionally over zoom to our customers
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency in G Suite products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems preferably
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
