Description:
Vehicle Diagnostics Senior System Engineer coordinates complex development and problem-solving involving stake holders with strong leadership.
Deep knowledge and understanding of organization whole vehicle diagnostics system and end-to-end process of development are required.
- Runtime Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as: HW product team software development team customer stake holders... including developers testers and product owners to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the integration and validation phase.
- Incident and risk Management: Leading the response to critical incidents or outages coordinating efforts to resolve issues quickly; effectively and identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the progress of the investigation developing mitigation strategies and proactively addressing challenges.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Assisting teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues providing support and expertise as needed.
- Overseeing the planning and execution: Investigation of issues raised by customer including defining project scope timelines and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on analysis progress challenges and outcomes ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Identifying and allocating resources across teams ensuring that teams have the necessary skills and tools to meet their objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Providing technical guidance and support to the different team ensuring best practice of troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Facilitate information exchange: ensuring the different team have all the data information needed to progress their investigation
- The currently deployed applications and systems continue to run as intended utilizing already deployed services and infrastructure.

- Deep knowledge and understanding of vehicle diagnostics tool both software (diagnostics application) and hardware (VCI)
- Deep knowledge about software architecture and use cases of vehicle diagnostics tools
- Deep understanding of integration process and methods
- Communication and negotiation skills with both internal stake holders and customers
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development testing and production environments. Provide technical leadership in high-pressure situations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams for integration activities. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Education: You have a completed degree in the field of computer science technical computer science IT security physics or similar studies.
- Experience and know-how: You have at least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience within automotive domain.
- Working Practice: You have an independent systematic as well as focused way of working practice. Your hands-on mindset and intercultural skills characterize you.
- Personality: You have a high sense of responsibility and very good communication skills. You are reliable and a team player.
- Enthusiasm: You are characterized by your passion to solve hard technical problems and find creative solutions.
- Languages: You have business fluent English skills. Japanese skill N3 or above.
