Location: Dallas Texas
Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Days: Monday - Friday

In this role you will:
- Lead laboratory operations with a focus on identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans.
- Support the Laboratory Director with organizational goals and objectives including developing and inspiring your team of employees.
- Interact with a variety of clients patients employees and business units with a commitment to customer-focused service.
- Review business indicators optimize processes and maximize profitability.
- Champion safety compliance and quality control.
All you need is:
- Bachelors Degree in Science (Biology Chemistry or Medical Technology).
- Six years of pertinent clinical laboratory experience subsequent to the BS degree or four years experience with an MS degree.
- Background in molecular techniques and analysis including but not limited to nucleic acid extraction PCR qPCR NGS and sequencing
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision.
- Previous supervisory experience.
Bonus points if youve got:
- Two or more years of group leadership or supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting involving molecular oncology and/or infectious diseases
