Job Description
Main functions:
- Daily control of arrivals and departures.
- Control/revision of documentation (Commercial Invoice Packing list Customs).
- Daily contact with customers to manage collections.
- Manage orders on the suppliers website.
- Customer Service (high level and requirement).
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Studies: Logistics and transport or related.
- A command of and previous experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
- Willingness to learn.
- Proactive person.
