The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Providing support to all internal and external visitors
- Maintaining the reception area in order
- Coordinating calendars and schedule meetings
- Organizing visits / meetings for the leadership
- Arranging short and long distance travel and transfer
- Managing incoming & outgoing correspondence
- Cooperating with Security Team and implementing security regulations
- Controlling office supplies stock
- Controlling granting and revoking access to the office space
- Participating in office management related project
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service administration or hospitality
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic rapidly changing environment
- High sense of responsibility punctuality accuracy and attention to details
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information
