Key Account Manager
We are seeking a driven and high-performing Key Account Manager who will be responsible for the health and quality of the Viator product offering within their designated portfolio of high value accounts across various destinations. The Key Account Manager will have a deep understanding of trends opportunities and challenges within their accounts and work to optimize Viators product offering to best match the consumer demand in terms of product variety pricing and availability.
You are a brand ambassador that will focus on a select number of high valued accounts to ensure continued optimization and growth. You will be responsible for meeting/exceeding key performance indicators and maintaining/improving the overall commercial health of your accounts. In this role you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to align on necessary product offerings in your set of accounts carrying out critically important tasks to maintain and grow our competitive advantage and continually improve Viators catalogue of experiences.
Responsibilities:
Account Management & Relationship Building:
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand the unique business needs of each account providing tailored solutions to enhance success and satisfaction.
Develop and execute account strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Product & Performance Optimization:
Curate and maintain a best-in-class product offering for assigned accounts.
Ensure consistent availability and quality of key products aligning offerings with customer preferences.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the online travel industry to provide expert advice and insights.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction:
Proactively resolve issues challenges or escalations raised by key accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to provide valuable insights.
Reporting & Commercial Strategy:
Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management on account status growth opportunities and potential risks.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms and monitor key metrics taking necessary actions.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience:
5 years in B2B Account management or Sales:
Online Travel Agency operator or travel experience is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $90000 to $115000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employees pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
