Hardware Support Technician
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a fully on-site opportunity in New York City NY.
About this Position
Were seeking a skilled and dedicated Migration Specialist for a 6-month on-site assignment in New York City. In this role youll support the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced customer-focused environments.
Job Responsibilities
Support the migration and deployment of various end-user devices.
Provide deskside assistance throughout the migration process.
Set up and configure mobile phones tablets and endpoint devices.
Deploy and configure laptops and desktop systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration technical issues and user concerns.
Job Skills/Requirements
Prior experience in deskside support and device deployment.
Familiarity with mobile and endpoint device management (MDM) platforms.
Experience imaging deploying and configuring laptops and desktops.
Strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills.
Must be based in the NYC area and available to work on-site five days a week.

Pay Range: $28$32/hour
