Role: Secondary English Teacher
Daily Rate: 140 220
Location: Bridlington

We are working on behalf of a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Bridlington that is committed to high standards creativity in teaching and the holistic development of every learner. The school has a strong focus on literacy confidence-building and preparing students for life beyond the classroom.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join the English department from September. You will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 helping pupils to unlock their potential through engaging and supportive English lessons.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team with a well-established reputation for innovation collaboration and strong student outcomes.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a genuine passion for English a commitment to raising achievement and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Supporting pupils to develop their literacy critical thinking and communication skills
Contributing to departmental planning and sharing of creative teaching resources
Using assessment effectively to inform teaching and support pupil progress
Participating in CPD and wider school life as part of a collaborative and supportive team
