Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Fillment Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location: Mentor OH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Looking for a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse setting Were seeking a Logistics & Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and drive process improvements across order picking packing shipping and inventory management.
What Youll Do:
Supervise warehouse operations and staff across fresh frozen and dry product lines
Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Help develop streamlined packing methods and improve box-to-product ratios
Monitor inventory levels address shortages and ensure timely communication with teams
Train and support team members on safety sanitation and warehouse procedures
Partner with leadership to improve systems processes and overall efficiency
Play a key role in implementing new logistics tools and software
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable leading a team and making operational decisions
Knowledge of GMP HACCP inventory systems and warehouse safety practices
Able to work extended hours or weekends when needed
Comfortable working in cold storage environments
